Before you call technical support, please check to see if the answer to your
question is included in our FAQ.
Do not use Version 5 on XP, ME, 2000 or NT
Please note that Version 5 is not supported on Windows XP, ME, 2000 or NT. The
calculations Version 5 generates are unreliable on those platforms; please do
not base business decisions on this information. If you are running XP, ME, 2000
or NT, you need to upgrade to Version 6.
Upgrades
Upgrades are free for the life of the version. In other words, if you have any edition of version 5, you may upgrade to a later edition of version 5 at no charge. There will be a charge to upgrade to version 6, but you receive a discount from the standard price.
Version 6 features automatic updating. Each month it checks to see if there is a more recent version. If there is, you are prompted to download the newer version. The next time you open the software, it automatically uses the newer version.
The latest update for version 5 is 5.1.8. If you have an earlier edition of version 5, you can fill out a form to download 5.1.8 here. Note: this version will only run on Windows 98 and earlier versions of Windows. It will not run on XP, ME, 2000 or NT.
