Phase 2 – Solve & Implement

Solution Modeling
Based on the information gathered during the needs and financial assessment, we reconstruct your company mathematically using CompensationMaster's unique business modeling software. We determine the correct breakeven point for your company and starting levels for your compensation plans. This provides a place to begin discussing compensation changes.
War Rooms
In the War Rooms, we discuss the findings from the needs and financial assessment with the senior management team. We present the proposed solutions as well as some alternatives, and use the business model to evaluate the impact of implementing each option.
Manager Feedback & Training
We review the needs and financial assessment findings with managers and present the new compensation alternatives for feedback. We work with the managers so they can present the alternatives effectively and help the individuals on their team choose the right plan for their situation.
Software Training
We also provide training to managers and key executives in how to use the business modeling software in support of achieving their goals, making fiscally responsible decisions relating to compensation, and recruiting and retention.
Strategic Implementation Training
We work with you to plan a strategy for implementing the new compensation plans.
Final Management Review
We finalize the plan and address any remaining transition or implementation issues.
