We remain available to assist you with any implementation issues that may occur during the period of time after the plans are introduced.
Telephone Support
We typically provide telephone support for 3-4 months after the roll-out. However, if you need support for a longer time, we can arrange that.
Recruiting Assistance
We can provide you with a list of methodologies and recruiting techniques that we have seen used to recruit solid producers into your company. If desired, we can train your managers in these techniques.
The new compensation plans we have delivered will provide a strong boost to your recruiting efforts. Leveraging those plans with a strong recruiting effort will propel your company into a greater market share.
Annual Review
We recommend an annual review of your compensation plans. We check the calculations to ensure that they are still appropriate, and make adjustments to the plans where needed to address changes in expenses (including the consumer price index), revenue distribution, and new competitive situations.
We also encourage you to have us review your plans if you are considering a merger, acquisition or other change of ownership.
