David J. Cocks, Managing Partner of
CompensationMaster LLC, co-founded CompensationMaster and launched the
company both in the United States and Canada. He has successfully
directed the implementation of CompensationMaster's approach in dozens
of real estate firms, as well as companies in several other industries.
David is the co-author of "Compensation Planning: The Key to
Profitability," co-developer of the Real Estate Managers Council course
entitled "Building Compensation Plans," and regularly gives seminars on
"Mastering the Art of Sales Force Compensation." David has written
articles for a number of publications, including Compensation &
Benefits Review, Real Estate Business, Recruiting Pipeline and
SalesLobby.com. He is highly respected in the industry, quoted
frequently as an expert in sales force compensation, and speaks often at
industry events. |

Dennis
B. Gould, Managing Partner of CompensationMaster Corporation, has worked
successfully with a number of firms to implement CompensationMaster's solution,
both in Canada and the United States. Before joining CompensationMaster, Dennis
was a vice president at Royal LePage, a real estate firm with over 10,000 sales
associates, where he played a key role in taking the company from a $34 million
loss to a $5 million profit in just over a year using the CompensationMaster
approach. This success with Royal LePage led him to join CompensationMaster.
Prior to working with Royal LePage, he was a senior auditor with Price
Waterhouse. Dennis speaks regularly at industry events, and has written articles
for a number of publications, including Compensation & Benefits Review,
Real Trends, and SalesLobby.com. Dennis is a Chartered Accountant, with a
Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. |
